Yes, absolutely. There's no cost for the demo and no obligation to purchase. We want you to see Bumgandu in action before making any decisions.

What devices do I need for the demo?

We can demonstrate everything via screen share. Restaurant administration uses the iOS app; guests can order through the iOS customer app or a browser. The browser app does not include restaurant administration.

Can I try the app before buying?

The demo covers the current iOS and browser apps. We can discuss a suitable evaluation setup for your restaurant and team.

Do you offer pricing during the demo?

We'll discuss available options and your restaurant's needs during or after the demo.

Which payment methods does the iOS Customer App support?

The iOS Customer App supports card payments and Apple Pay in its payment modal. Apple Pay is available on compatible devices with an eligible card set up in Apple Wallet and the restaurant's Apple Pay merchant configuration enabled. The payment modal shows the methods available for that checkout. Browser checkout uses an embedded payment form, with its own configured payment methods.

Can customers track kitchen progress?

The iOS admin app lets your team move orders through new, in progress, and closed statuses. Customer history shows itemised order contents, not a live kitchen-status timeline.
